What can I do with an AS degree?
The Associates degree in Photography answers the need for a professional degree where a broad photographic skill set can be learned in a short period of time, while still preparing students for a viable place in the photographic industry.
Graduates can pursue entry-level roles in ad agencies, magazines, commercial studios, or newspapers. Positions may include: product photographer, portrait/wedding photographer, freelance photographer or graphic artist.
What Will I Study?
The two-year curriculum provides a solid technical and aesthetic foundation in photography. Students work with instructors to develop an understanding of photographic design, while finding their creative voice. Students graduate with a professional portfolio that prepares them for entry in the photographic field.
