Before you make a trip over, you can always email us, if you have question about a project, rentals, or supplies. We’ll get back with you within 24 hours on normal business days.
Printing & Mounting
Imaging Services provides gallery-quality archival inkjet prints using Epson Ultrachrome HDR inks paired with premium and fine art papers. We carry a wide variety of papers, ranging from 8.5×11 sheets up to 44″ rolls. Foam core mounting is available for prints as large as 36″x56″ and is offered in both 3/16″ and 1/2″ thicknesses. Files may be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if they include the required paperwork and meet our file requirements.
When will my print be ready?
For most print jobs, 8 business hours is sufficient. When prints/mounts are larger or the quantity is large, more time may be required. If you are working on a deadline, please be sure to check that we can meet it. Priority service is available with a 100% rush fee charge.
Art & Photography Supplies
Imaging Services carries many art and photography supplies for students in BFA classes. Supplies and prices fluctuate based on demand and cost; please email us to see if your product is currently in stock. Don’t see what you need? We can special order products for you.
Imaging Services’ rental inventory includes photo, film and video gear. Due to a limited supply, current students in the film and photography programs are given priority. In some circumstances, special arrangements may be made for non-photo students and faculty members who have experience with the equipment. Please contact us for rates and availability.
When is my rental equipment due?
All rental equipment is due by noon the following business day regardless of what time it is rented. We are open Monday through Thursday 9-5 and Friday and Sunday 9-12.
Can I re-rent my equipment?
Equipment rental may be renewed if you contact us before it is overdue. If it is not on reserve to another student, we will renew your rental.
What happens if my return is late?
A $20 late fee will be charged per day, per item. A demerit will be placed on your account as well; if you accrue three demerits, your rental account will be suspended for the remainder of the semester.
